High-temperature tolerance and heat dissipation capacity
Ceramic tube resistors use high-temperature resistant ceramic tubes as the winding base, combined with a structural design of high thermal conductivity materials, significantly enhancing heat dissipation efficiency, effectively preventing performance degradation caused by overheating, and thus extending service life.
High stability and impact resistance
The resistance wire is wound through the process to ensure the stability of the resistance value and maintain reliable performance even in high vibration or shock environments. It is particularly suitable for industrial automation and mechanical equipment, and can effectively cope with complex working environments.
Physical protection and insulation
The non-combustible paint encapsulation layer provides strong physical protection and insulation measures for the resistance wire, ensuring its stable operation in various environments such as moisture, chemical corrosion, and vibration. On the other hand, such encapsulation also reduces electromagnetic interference and enhances the anti-interference ability of the circuit.
Diversified structural design
According to the different needs of customers, ceramic tube resistors can be designed as fixed type, adjustable type or corrugated type. Corrugated winding can enhance heat dissipation performance and is suitable for high-frequency or high-dynamic load applications.
