Precision assembly: Starting from assembling the core retaining ring, a solid foundation is laid.

Core winding: Six high-performance professional winding machines operate day and night, precisely controlling the arrangement and tension of the resistance wire (strip) to ensure the initial accuracy of the resistance value. This is the core guarantee of our production capacity.

Reliable connection: Precise welding process ensures the firmness of electrical connection and low contact resistance.
The first checkpoint - full resistance value inspection: After the welding is completed, 100% full resistance value inspection is carried out to eliminate any minor deviations and ensure that no substandard products flow into the next process.

Enhanced protection: Evenly coated with high-performance oxide film, it provides excellent anti-oxidation, high-temperature resistance and insulation protection for the resistor body.

Stable curing: Precise temperature control baking ensures dense curing of the oxide film, with long-lasting and stable performance.

Secondary verification - Re-checking the resistance value: After baking, conduct a 100% full resistance value check again to ensure that there is no performance deviation during the process.
Safety Barrier - Full Inspection of Withstand Voltage Insulation: 100% high-voltage withstand voltage and insulation resistance tests are conducted to build a solid electrical safety defense line.

Jianhong Jitai was first established in June 2010. The company is located in Baoan, Shenzhen, which is known as the "Electronic Capital of China". In the same year, it established a processing base (factory) in Huizhou. In June 2015, the company and the factory moved to Baoan Guangming New District, with a factory area of 1,000 square meters, specializing in power resistance, load cabinet, resistance box, development, production and sales. Jianhong Jittai obtained ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification in 2011, 1SO14000 certification in 2012, winding resistance CQC certification in 2014, and issued pure resistive adjustable power test load in 2016. In 2019, it obtained a patent for an aluminum shell resistor, 10 practical patents and one invention patent in the same year, and obtained the CE certification of Load bank in 2020.

Our resistors are characterized by high overload capability, good thermal stability and easy installation. Widely used in elevator, frequency converter, servo and other fields.
